Ye Tao Wins Best Student Paper award at the International Compressor Engineering Conference

Ye Tao, a Ph.D. student advised by Dr. Radermacher, has won the Best Student Paper award at the International Compressor Engineering Conference held at Purdue University, in West Lafayette, Indiana in July.  His paper, 'Performance investigation on electrochemical compressor with ammonia' was one of 30 papers presented by CEEE faculty and staff at this week-long conference.  CEEE was well represented with 12 students and faculty attending, presenting, and chairing sessions at the conference.

The Ray W. Herrick Laboratories, in collaboration with the Center for High Performance Buildings at Purdue University sponsors the event as a venue to exchange ideas and present information and cutting-edge research in the area of refrigeration technology, compressors, high performance buildings and closely related fields. The International Compressor and Engineering Conference was attended by more than 200 people.
