Dear Professor, I have good news to share with you. I just got promoted to full professor. I can hire more graduate students and conduct more interesting and hopefully useful research in the future. I could not have achieved any of this without your guidance and support over the years. I really learned a lot from you, not only research but also time management and project management skills. Suxin Qian was a PhD student advised by Dr. Radermacher. He is now Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University in the Department of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering.
